If you would like to delete your Halo AI account and the personal data attached to it, follow the steps below inside the app or contact our support team for help.
1. How to delete your account
- Open the Halo AI app on your device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt to permanently remove your account.
Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data are scheduled for permanent deletion.
2. What gets deleted
- Your account credentials, including login email and authentication tokens.
- Your profile information and account settings.
- Your generated images and edit history stored with the account.
- Your subscription metadata. The subscription itself must still be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play.
3. What we retain
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you.
- Records we must retain for legal compliance, security investigations, or fraud prevention, only for as long as required.
4. Cancelling your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription through your device subscription settings before deleting your account.

If you cannot access the app or need help with the deletion process, email support@halo.camera with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process eligible requests within 30 days.
